Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 28/09/2016 The petitioner has challenged order of dismissal from service on various grounds raised in this petition. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an appeal before the Chairman-cum-Managing Director on 29/10/2014.

After going through the document dated 29/10/2014 (Annexure P/7), it appears to be only a mercy appeal by the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, as the petitioner has already approached the authority in the year 2014, let respondent no.1 take appropriate decision on petitioner's appeal within a period of three months.
