At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued for consideration of representation for claim of grant of scale promotion as well as grant of revised pay scale from the initial date upon completion of 8 years of service. In view of above submission and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the representation of the petitioner be decided by respondent No.4 as early as possible.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
