1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 29.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayt Thadpathar to Gram Panchayat, Devri.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the case of the petitioner is one that of frequent transfer as the petitioner recently brought to the present place vide order dated 29.06.2019 and the said order dated 29.06.2019 stood complied with on 05.07.2019. The further contention of the petitioner is that, even at the transferred place of petitioner i.e. at Devri, the petitioner has not been granted joining as is reflected from Annexure P/4 dated 03.08.2019.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard highlighting the aforesaid facts to the respondent No.3 within

a period of 10 day from today, and the respondent No.3, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 29.07.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.
