3. Nohar Singh Chouhan R/o Village Patrapali , (Rumkera), Tahsil Gharghoda, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh. --- Respondents 11.12.2020 Mr. Shashi Kumar Kushwaha, counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Richa Shukla, Dy. Govt. Advocate, for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though respondent no.3 is biological father of the petitioner, the petitioner's status/ legal character has not been accepted. Therefore, the petitioner has made representation to the Collector to decide the legal character of the petitioner i.e., paternity with respect to respondent no.3. The nature of relief claimed by the complainant is about the legal character. In view of this, since the issue requires the evidence, the petitioner is at liberty to file a necessary suit for declaration under the provisions of Specific Relief Act, 1963.
