Vide a request letter dated 17.11.2020 (PUD), District & Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon (C.G.) has prayed for grant of further time for disposal of the trial pending before him in connection with NDPS Case No.11/2018 for which learned Trial Court was directed to expedite the matter and decide the same within six months vide order dated 05.06.2020 passed in MCRC No.1930 of 2020.

On due consideration, the Special Judge/Trial Court is granted further 02 month's time for disposal of the trial.

Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
