Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit against the order of compulsory retirement dated 08.01.2016 he has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, which is pending consideration since 03.02.2016 and decision has not been taken by the appellate authority in his appeal.

The appeal, preferred by the petitioner herein, is pending consideration since 03.02.2016 and petitioner having been compulsorily retired from job, claiming to have no source of livelihood, it is expected that appellate authority would make an endeavor to dispose off appeal filed by the petitioner, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
