1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to respondent No. 3 & 4 for taking appropriate steps in relieving the petitioner in terms of the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019.
2. On a query being put to the counsel appearing on either side they are not disputing the fact that order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 has not been
either canceled, modified or amended till date so far as the petitioner is concerned.
3. Under the circumstances, This Court is of the opinion that there is no good reason for not relieving the petitioner in spite of there being an order of transfer in his favour passed by the respondent No. 3. In view of the same, let appropriate decision be taken within a period of 30 days by the respondent No. 3 & 4 ensuring that order dated 12.07.2019 is acted upon and petitioner accordingly is relieved to the transferred place, unless, ofcourse the order (Annexure P-1) dated 12.07.2019 is amended, modified or cancelled so far as the petitioner is concerned.
