Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 (Annexure P-2) whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from the office of Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Kanker to Prayas Residential School, Kanker.

Contention of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is an Assistant Grade-II and the place where she has been transferred the post of Assistant Grade-II is not available there. That the Petitioner has already made a representation in this regard to Respondent No.2.

Given the aforesaid fact that the post of Assistant Grade-II is not available at the transferred place, let Respondent No.2 take appropriate steps in this regard on due consideration of the representation of the Petitioner. 4.
It is expected that the authorities shall decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of representation.
