The petitioner has challenged the order by which her representation against transfer has been rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a patient of severe hardship because of certain medical ailments.

I find that the committee has comprised three officers to consider representation, which has been rejected.

If the petitioner has any difficulty in discharging duty, she can always apply for medical leave and if the problem pursues, it will be open for the petitioner to apply for her transfer to any other suitable place in the next transfer season.
