Mr. HB Agarwal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner's representation-Annexure P/3 dated 4.2.2015 for allotment of alternative site for carrying on his business on account of vacation of the premises by him at Jalvihar Colony, Raipur, shall be considered in accordance with law and the decision taken by the Municipal Corporation on the issue on earlier occasion as

mentioned in Annexure P/4.

Let the petitioner serve a certified copy of this order along with a copy of his representation- Annexure P/3 to the Municipal Corporation, Raipur within 2 weeks from today and thereafter, the Corporation shall consider and decide the representation, at the earliest, preferably with a period of 3 months.
