Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is promoted by the Coal India Limited on 31.05.2014 on the post of General Manager (E & M) in E-8 Grade, but he is not being given posting on the said post for which he has made representation to the Coal India Limited.

Coal India Limited is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3.
