The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of termination passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Gaurella, District Bilaspur which has been affirmed by the Appellate Authority i.e. the Collector, Bilaspur (C.G.).

The said order is a revisable order by way of revision before the Revisional Authority.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer a representation against the impugned order and if such representation is filed, the revisional authority may consider the representation on its merits at the earliest. The

instant Writ Petition on the ground of having alternative efficacious remedy stands disposed off.
