1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred to district- Baloda Bazar in violation of the policy to keep the husband and wife together either at the same station or nearby station, subject to exigency of service.
2. It is found that the petitioner has approached this Court without filing any representation before the transferring/competent authority.
-23. Therefore, it is directed that if the petitioner submits a representation for consideration of her transfer to any other place in the nearby area, if possible, subject to exigency of service and requirement of manning education institution, the transferring/competent authority shall decide the same within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. With the observation and direction as above, the petition is finally disposed off.
