Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 14.8.2017 from Block Coordination Centre, Baramkela, District Raigarh to Block Coordination Centre, Bamhanidih, District JanjgirChampa, however, till date the respondents have not taken any steps for relieving the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order still holds good and it has neither been modified or amended in any manner. 3.

Taking into consideration the order of this Court passed in the case of Ms. Manisha Agrawal v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others, 2015 (4) C.G.L.J. 182, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending any more, rather, ends of justice would meet if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that the order dated 14.8.2017 so far as the petitioner is concerned is complied with at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days.
