The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 25.05.2018 passed in WPT No. 105 of 2018. 2.

Shri Jitendra Pali, Dy. A. G. appearing for the respondent submits that the order has since been complied with in as much as on 11.04.2019, it has been intimated to the petitioner that subject to the petitioner completing necessary formalities, the excess amount deducted from his salary shall be refunded back to his account.

In view of the said submissions made by the counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be proceeded in the present contempt petition.

The contempt petition accordingly disposed of.
