1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 11.10.2019, whereby the respondent No.4 has been posted as an Incharge Food Officer in place of the petitioner. The challenge also is to a subsequent order dated 12.02.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the present place of posting to Sukma.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that both the aforesaid orders have been passed more than a year ago, it would be difficult for this Court to exercise the scope of judicial review at this juncture.

3. The writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to raise a representation with the authorities, if he has not raised till now and on such representation being made, the authorities concerned may consider the same in accordance with Rules and policies governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
