1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.220/2020 registered at Police Station Kotara Road, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC.

3. The applicant allegedly obtained a sum of Rs.80,000/- with

MCRC No. 8681 of 2020 promise to double the amount and thereafter, again obtained Rs.3,96,000/- from the complainant assuring him of providing finance facility to purchase a 12 wheeler truck.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Objector would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 10.11.2020; the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class; and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
