1. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that the Department has regularized the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 31.10.2008, he has not been granted the actual benefits attached to the regularization w.e.f. 31.10.2008 neither has the Department taken

proper steps for rectifying the gradation list showing the petitioner to have been regularized w.e.f. 31.10.2008. The petitioner also prays for pay parity with the similarly situated persons who have been regularized and appointed in October, 2008.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondents 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision on the representation which the petitioner has made in this regard. It is expected that the respondents 2 & 3 shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
