1. The grievance of the petitioner is that against the order of punishment the petitioner has already preferred a representation before respondent no.1 which is pending consideration.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the limited prayer which the petitioner has sought for, this Court is inclined to accept the same and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the appeal of the petitioner if it has not been decided till date be decided at the earliest
preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
