Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/10/2016 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred showing it to be on her own request whereas the petitioner never made any such application.

It is submitted that the transfer order has been issued on a false representation and the matter requires enquiry.

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is directed that the State, through responsible officers, shall get an enquiry made to enquire into the allegations of mischief and falsification and pass appropriate orders in the matter. Till appropriate decision is taken and orders are passed, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting. 4.
