Challenge in this petition is to the posting order dated 30.07.2018 whereby the petitioner has been posted from one Gram Panchayat to another within the same Janpad Panchayat.

On specific query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submitted that the distance between the two places is around 15 K.M.

Without going into the other aspects which the petitioner has raised in

the present writ petition, this court is inclined to dismiss the same only on the ground that distance between the two places is too short which could cause any sort of hardship and inconvenience to the petitioner.

The writ petition therefore deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
