1. The challenge in the present writ petition is nothing but an internal posting issued by respondent no.4.

2. It appears that the petitioner is more aggrieved by the charge which has been given to respondent no.6 who has already been under transfer by an order of transfer dated 18.09.2014.

3. Be that as it may, this Court expresses its unwillingness to entertain the writ petition scrutinizing the veracity of the impugned order which is nothing but an administrative order passed by respondent no.4.

4. Given the facts, reserving the right of the petitioner to apprise the respondent no.4 in respect of the subsequent development including the order of transfer issued in favour of respondent no.6, the present writ petition stands disposed of. In case the representation is so made, the authority concerned would consider and decide the same in accordance with rules.
