Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor, Order On Board 02.06.2021 The applicant has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with crime No. 380/2020 registered at Police station Sakti, District Jangir-Champa for the offence punishable under Section 392/34 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

Having heard counsel for the parties, considered the facts and circumstances of the case, in particular the fact that on the date of incident 26.10.2020 the accused/applicant along with others was found brandishing a country made revolver and a knife near the petrol pump, and thereby was threatening the people present there, and further that one knife was also seized from his pocket, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Consequently, the application is rejected. Other pending applications also stand disposed of.
