Perused the statement of the complainant applicant herein and the documents.

On due consideration, application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. Registry is directed to register the case as acquittal appeal. Since respondent is already represented no further notice is required. Respondent is directed to furnish bail bond of Rs.25,000/- and surety in the like sum before the learned court below within a period of one month so that presence of respondent can be procured before this court as and when required. List the case for final hearing.
