The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition is that, the petitioner is not been provided proper grade pay which has been recommended by the respondent No.3 vide order Annexure-P/3. 2.

Considering the limited grievance which the petitioner is placed, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to ensure that Annexure-P/3 is implemented within an outer limit of 45 days from today subject to the verification whether the petitioner is entitled for the same or not.
