Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 27.09.2018 The order under challenge is an order of suspension dated 08.08.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension invoking Rule 9 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 (for short 'the Rules of 1966") 2.

Rule-23 of the Rules of 1966 provides for preferring an appeal against the impugned order of suspension. It appears that the petitioner

has till date not preferred an appeal though there is a representation Annexure P-4 dated 10.08.2018 made against the order of suspension. 3.

Thus, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under Rule-23 of the Rules of 1966 the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
