1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of these writ petitions, the Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Raipur has passed another order adding some more grounds. Hence, in the changed circumstances, petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the subsequent order passed by the Commissioner.
2. Prayer is allowed.
