1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2020, registered at Police Station Bhoramdev, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
