1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 26/07/2019 sent by the Civil Judge, Class-1, Khairagarh seeking extension of time for final disposal of the civil suit.

2. This Court vide order dated 26/02/2019 had granted time of three months to learned trial Court to dispose of the civil suit which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the tiral Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 30 days is granted the trial Court finally to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
