1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.171/2020 registered at Police Station Khallari, District Mahasamund (CG) of the offence punishable under Sections 317, 302 of the IPC and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Minor) Act, 2015.

3. The applicant has allegedly committed murder of her new born

MCRC No. 8689 of 2020 baby boy for the reason that the applicant is unmarried and has carried pregnancy on account of her relationship to one Pushpendra Dhruv.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and for the fact that the applicant is a young girl aged about 18 years & is in jail since 29.10.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
