1. This is an office reference.

2. Earlier this Court has ordered on 01/04/2019 in MCRC No.8816/2018 that the trial Court dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. As per the letter of request II Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, Surguja (C.G.) the disposal of S.T. No. 25/2018 is not possible till 03/08/2019, thus time may be extended.

4. Considering the material trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Additional Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send the copy of this order to II Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, Surguja (C.G.).

6. CrMP disposed of accordingly.
