Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/10/2016 The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by non-relieving despite transfer order dated 22/07/2016 of the State Government. 2.
From the perusal of the documents and memo dated 24/08/2016 of the Deputy Director, Agriculture, Beejapur, it appears that the authority has required the petitioner to submit No Dues Certificate from Senior Agriculture Development Officer-cum-In-charge, Stock so that the petitioner may be considered for relieving.

In para 8.7 of the petitioner, it has been mentioned that the No Dues Certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 31/08/2016. Copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure P/5. The Deputy Director, Agriculture, Beejapur shall verify the same from the Senior Agriculture Development Officer, Block - Bhairamgarh and subject to verification, shall proceed to relieve the petitioner in view of the order passed by this Court in the
case of Ms. Manisha Agrawal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others, 2015(4) C.G.L.J.182 within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
