Sam Koshy Order On Board 30.08.2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner is a retired employee but while he was in service, he has not been given the benefit of Kramonnati on completion of 12 and 20 years of service. The petitioner in this regard has already made repeated
representations but till date no decision has been taken and one such representation is enclosed with the writ petition as Annexure P-3. 2.
Given the facts, let the respondent no.4 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnati on his completing 12 and 20 years of service whichever is applicable at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the petitioner is entitled for the said relief, the entire consequential benefits be released to the petitioner within a further period of 60 days thereafter. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh representation along with the copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
