Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the directions given by this Court on 14.03.2018 in WPS No. 2289/2018 has since been complied with, in as much as the appeal pending before the Appellate Authority has since been decided. The respondents have also produced a covering letter of the same along with the reply that has been filed.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case that the respondents have complied with the order, reserving the right of the petitioner to file the subsequent development by way of a fresh proceedings, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
