On 02/01/2019 when this Court had taken up the matter it was made clear that in case if the petitioners are not represented, appropriate order shall be passed. In spite of that, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In the given facts, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

As a consequence, the interim relief granted shall also stands automatically vacated.
