2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 01/06/2019 (Annexure P/2) passed by the Collector against respondent No. 7 has not been complied with, therefore, appropriate direction be issued for compliance of the order of the Collector.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the Collector who will consider his representation and proceed in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and this Court has also not issued any direction to any of the respondents.

4. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
