This is second bail application of the application for grant of bail. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits vide order dated 14.08.2020 in M.Cr.C. No.3925 of 2020. There appears to be no new ground present for entertaining the second application for grant of bail, hence, the second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed at admission stage itself.
