Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/12/2016 Learned counsel for the respondent, referring to the documents filed along with the reply, submits that earlier order dated 27/09/2016 was passed because the order passed by this Court was not brought to the notice of the department. Later on, as soon as it came to the notice, order dated 27/09/2016 has now been withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that though the Collector had passed order dated 25/10/2016, that order has been subsequently withdrawn and presently, the petitioner has been given charge of Block Education Officer, Odagi.
