Despite last opportunity granted, reply has not been filed. 2.

Ground of challenge to the impugned order is that the Collector does not have the authority to change the Block of a Supervisor. This Court had required the respondents to inform whether order dated 16.02.2012 of the State Government still stand or has been superseded. There is no material to show that order dated 16.02.2012 has been superseded.

In view of the above, there is nothing on record to show that the respondent No.3 had the authority to pass impugned order. The impugned order in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to and the matter may be examined by the State Government at its own level and appropriate decision may be taken.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
