1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.02/2020, registered at Police Station Arrabor, District - Sukma C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, applicant was found in illicit possession of 59 kgs of cannabis (ganja) during raid on 27.2.2020.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the whopping commercial quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
