1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 04/05/2019 sent by the 1st Civil Judge Class -1, Raipur for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 89A/72.

2. This Court vide order dated 25/10/2018 had granted time of 45 days to the concerned Court to dispose of civil suit No. 89A/72, which had not been complied and further extension of time was sought by the said Court to comply with the order passed by this Court on 25/10/2018, with reference to which, 30 days' time was further extended to comply with the order dated 25/10/2018.

3. Once again, the concerned Court below has sought further time to comply with the order passed by this Court on 25/10/2018. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally further time of three weeks is granted to learned 1st Civil Judge Class -1, Raipur to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. It is made clear that no further request letters will be entertained in future. The concerned trial Court is directed to comply with the order dated 25/10/2018 without further loss of time.

5. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
