The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested on 9-10-2016 and 15-10-2016 respectively in connection with Crime No. 529/2016 registered in PS Civil Lines, Distt. Bilaspur (CG) for offence punishable under Section 120-B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after investigation charge sheet has been filed against total 9 accused persons and the same is pending before the JMFC Bilaspur as Criminal Case No. 14,420/2016. Learned counsel submits that they are in custody since long. They are innocent and as the matter is of civil nature and the applicants will not abscond and abide by the terms and conditions imposed by the Court, they may be granted bail during trial.

4. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the arguments advanced on behalf of the applicant

5. Perused the matter.

6. As per office note dated 13-9-2017, co-accused Raman Preet Singh, Udayveer Singh and Mahendra Singh have not preferred any application for grant of bail. Also perused the disposed of record of MCRC No. 321/2017 preferred by co-accused Rohit Sharma which was dismissed by the coordinate bench vide order dated 13-2-2017 after detailed appreciation.

7. On due consideration as the case of the present applicant is similar rather more implicating than co-accused Rohit Sharma in the offence committed and also looking to the entire facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

8. Consequently, instant MCRC is dismissed.
