There is an application for modification of order dated 28.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 5283/2016 by submitting that the competent authority in respect of the petitioner is the Director (Personnel) of SECL. 2.
This case was taken up for hearing on 28.09.2016 and the order has been passed in presence of both the counsel, at that time no objection was taken to direction for decision of representation by respondent No.1. However, considering that the competent authority in respect of the petitioner is the Director (Personnel) of SECL, respondent No.1 shall forward the representation of the petitioner forthwith to the Director (Personnel) and the Director (Personnel) shall be responsible for the compliance of order dated 28.09.2016 passed in WPS 5283/2016. The decision on the representation shall be taken within a period of three months from today.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
