Heard It is submitted by the State counsel that as per the instructions on 07.08.2019, the Mid Day Meal supply has been granted to Mahila SwaSahayta Samuh Pachninala Devgarh, District Koriya. In view of such submission, the petitioner wants to take back this petition with liberty to file a newly constituted fresh petition incorporating all the parties.
