The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by order dated 10-11-2016, by which, his transfer from Bhilai to Banglore has been cancelled. 3.

At this stage, without going into any controversy, learned counsel for the parties agreed that the petitioner's case may be considered for transfer to any other station keeping his preference in view, where his wife could also be shifted along with him. 4.

Considering that this petition arises out of transfer order and at this stage, both the parties have come out with aforesaid agreement on consideration of petitioner's case for posting along with his wife to some other station keeping his preference in view, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner's case as per the submission made before the Court. It goes without saying that if the petitioner's grievance is not reddressed, he would be at liberty to revive the petition.
