Heard on instant Cr.M.P. filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for restoration of Cr. Revision No.754/2014 (Ashok Kumar Komra & Anr. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

The said Cr. Revision was dismissed for want of prosecution on 7.4.2015 as the default pointed out by the Registry was not cured and also the applicants were not represented.

Learned counsel for the applicants prayed for an opportunity and submitted that he will remove the default as ordered and will take care for the representation of the applicants.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. No.488 of 2015 is hereby allowed and Cr. Revision No.754 of 2014 (Ashok Kumar Komra & Anr. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) dismissed for want of prosecution on 7.4.2015 is restored to its

original number subject to the condition that the applicants in the said Cr. Revision shall remove the default as pointed out by the Registry till 30th of October, 2015.
