1. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is identical to that of WPS No.2314 of 2021 in which this Court in paras-3, 4 and 5 held as under:- "3. Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner till date has not been either rejected or decided by the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents No.3 to 5 by providing all relevant materials available with him in respect of the acquisition and also in respect of his claim for employment against the land acquired. The petitioner shall also support

his claim with proper instructions in respect of all earlier applications that he has filed in this regard.

4. Subject to petitioner's moving appropriate application within a period of 30 days, the respondents No.3 to 5 are further directed to process the claim of the petitioner seeking employment in accordance with rules, regulations and the policy governing the field at the earliest within a further period of 90 days from the date the petitioner moves application.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of."

2. Considering the submission made learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court in WPS No.2314 of 2021. Respondents No.3 to 5 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner seeking employment in accordance with rules, regulations and the policy governing the field at the earliest within a period of 90 days from the date the petitioner moves application.
