On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 17.11.2020 passed in Cont No. 812/2020 is recalled. Consequently, Cont No. 812 of 2020 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
