HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 811 of 2019 Chairman Cum Managing Director Versus Mohan Lal Kashyap 09.09.2019 Mr. Sudhir K. Bajpai, Counsel for the Applicant. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 24.04.2018. The order against which the extension has been sought for is dated 24.04.2018. It is almost 1 1⁄2 year now, which itself is a pretty long time for any compliance that had to be done.

The counsel appearing for the applicant further submits that there is a fresh representation made by the applicant/petitioner in May, 2019, which is also under process and he has instructions to state that, the necessary compliance shall be complied with within a further period of 4 months.

Given the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the present MCC stands allowed and the respondents are now granted 6 weeks more time to ensure compliance of the Order dated 24.04.2018 is done.

In case, if the applicant fails to comply with the direction given by this Court even within the extended period, the same shall be at the risk of the applicant.
