2. Shri Faizal Hoda Shah, SHO and Shri Shobhnath Yadav, I.O., P.S. Sirgitti, District Bilaspur are present in the Court.

This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.510/2020 registered at Police Station Sirigitti, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 509-B of the IPC.

4. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail before the trial Court.

5. In view of the prayer made, the application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
